    Add the address

    In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. Name it Contaktly and paste https://app.contaktly.com/api/mcp.

    Sign in and press Allow

    Claude sends you to Contaktly. You see exactly what it may read, and for which workspace, before anything is shared.

    Ask

    Start a chat and ask who visited this week, who to call first, or what Contaktly knows about a company. It answers from your workspace.

What the assistant can read

  • List identified companies. The companies identified on the website in a date range, newest visit first, with intent, visits, time on site, top pages, how many people were found and whether the company matches the ideal customer profile.
  • Get one company. Everything Contaktly knows about one company by domain: the company, its visit history and intent, the people found there with verified emails, LinkedIn profiles and any phone number already looked up, where it already lives in a connected CRM, and the link to open it in Contaktly.
  • Get the ideal customer profile. The workspace's saved ideal customer profile: countries, industries and company sizes. Empty lists mean "any".

What it cannot do

  • Change anything in Contaktly, or spend identifications or email verifications.
  • Read another workspace. A sign-in opens one workspace and nothing else.
  • Guess an email. It returns verified addresses only, and says why one is missing.
  • See what a visitor typed into your chat. Text written by a stranger can never instruct your assistant.
  • Keep access after you disconnect it. Settings, Integrations, AI assistants ends it on the next request.

Contaktly speaks the Model Context Protocol, the open standard assistants use to read tools, with a standard OAuth sign-in. Anything that speaks it can connect; no client needs to be set up on our side first.

Questions

What does it cost?
Nothing on top of your plan. Reads never spend identifications or email verifications, and there is no limit on questions.
Can it change anything in Contaktly?
No. Every tool is read-only and says so to the assistant. Finding emails and pushing to your CRM stay in Contaktly, where you choose each person.
Can my whole team connect?
Yes. Each person adds the address and signs in with their own Contaktly login. Every connection is listed under Settings, Integrations, AI assistants, with who approved it and when it was last used, and can be disconnected there.
My CRM has a Claude connector too. Does that help?
Very much. Claude can read Contaktly and write to your CRM in the same conversation: who visited, then a note or a task where your team works, with no integration project in between.
What about the people on my website?
The assistant sees what Contaktly shows you: the company, its visits and pages, and the decision makers Contaktly found with verified work emails. Nothing a visitor typed into your chat is ever returned.
